Info act and Rules

Visits: http://www.infocom.gov.bd./site/view/law/ Right to Information Act-20 is the main purpose of every government, autonomous or statutory body, government or foreign aid aided by the government for the empowerment of the people and the people. Establish corruption and good governance by establishing transparency and accountability of all non-governmental organizations responsible for carrying out government activities including the organization. The organization has documented so that the people can keep an eye on, and that these institutions are responsible to them, to his actions. The Information Commission strongly believes that the people will get this right through the proper enforcement of the Right to Information Act. It is noted that the informational provisions of any other existing law will not be constrained by the provisions of this Act and if the information related to the provisions of this Act conflicts with the provisions of this Act.
